Ajman Real Estate Transactions Reach $427M in January, Marking a 20% Increase in Volume

Ajman recorded a total of 1,321 real estate transactions in January 2025, amounting to AED 1.57 billion ($427 million), according to the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation. Of these, 1,044 transactions contributed to a trading volume of AED 1.26 billion ($343 million).
The highest sales value was registered in Al Zahia, reaching AED 50 million ($13.6 million). Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the department, highlighted that these figures indicate a positive growth in Ajman’s real estate market, with transaction volume increasing by over 20% compared to January 2024.
Additionally, 175 mortgage transactions were recorded, totaling AED 257.7 million ($70.2 million), with the highest mortgage value of AED 23.8 million ($6.5 million) reported in Ajman Industrial 1. Among the most traded neighborhoods, Al Helio 2 topped the list, followed by Al Yasmeen and Al Zahia.
In terms of major projects, Emirates City led in trading activity, surpassing Ajman One and City Towers.
