Dubai’s real estate market recorded AED15.238 billion ($4.15 billion) in total transactions between March 24 and March 28, according to data from the Dubai Land Department.
Sales transactions led the activity, amounting to AED10.3 billion ($2.8 billion) across 3,531 deals.
Among the top luxury deals was a pair of high-end apartments in The Alba Residences, Palm Jumeirah, each selling for AED61.8 million and AED61.6 million ($16.8 million). Another major transaction included an apartment in Como Residences on Palm Jumeirah, which was sold for AED52.2 million ($14.2 million).
In addition to sales, mortgage transactions totaled AED4.13 billion ($1.1 billion), while property gifts during the same week were valued at AED807.8 million ($220 million).
