The company, which reported over $7 billion in revenue for FY 2023-24, will introduce its VIVA brand in Saudi Arabia by 2025 and launch Babyshop in four cities in India within six months.
Landmark Group is set to grow its presence in the Gulf, India, and Southeast Asia. “We are deeply committed to serving our customers through our brand portfolio by offering relevant products and value. Physical stores remain a key part of the retail experience, and we continue to improve store design while investing in e-commerce, technology, and innovation. We believe this approach is essential to ensuring a seamless customer experience both online and offline,” said Renuka Jagtiani, Chairwoman of Landmark Group, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
CEO Kabir Lumba reported that the group’s online sales are increasing at a rate of 20% annually. “To support this growth, we are dedicating $1 billion over the next three years to physical expansion and enhancements in our e-commerce, technology, and supply chain capabilities,” he stated.
The group operates a $350 million Mega Distribution Center in Jebel Ali, part of its 12 million square feet of warehousing space. Through Logistiq, its third-party logistics company established in 2022, the group manages 20,000 daily shipments across Saudi Arabia and the UAE with a fleet of 800 vehicles.
Landmark Group is committed to achieving net zero emissions by 2050 and is a member of the Better Cotton Initiative. Recent sustainability efforts include a textile and furniture takeback program in the UAE, with plans to expand this initiative across the GCC.
Currently, the company employs 53,000 people and operates 12 e-commerce sites, which contribute 20% of total sales.
