Eng. Al-Mudaifer assumes leadership of the organization, supported by a strong team across NEOM’s regions, sectors, and departments.

Since 2018, Eng. Al-Mudaifer has led the Local Real Estate Division at PIF, bringing a strategic and in-depth understanding of NEOM and its initiatives.

In his PIF role, Eng. Al-Mudaifer manages all local real estate investments and infrastructure projects and serves on the boards of several prominent companies within the Kingdom.

NEOM stands as a cornerstone of Saudi Vision 2030, with all operations advancing as planned to deliver transformative projects such as:
