RAK Properties has announced an ambitious $1.4 billion real estate development pipeline aimed at transforming Ras Al Khaimah, with the centerpiece being the newly introduced Mina project. Spanning 4 million square meters, Mina will feature three distinct districts:

• Raha Island
• Hayat Island
• Lagoons

Located along the Emirate’s coastline, Mina is strategically positioned near Ras Al Khaimah’s key economic hubs, reinforcing its significance in the region’s development.

Mina: The Heart of RAK’s Transformation

With a total investment of AED5 billion ($1.4 billion), Mina is central to RAK Properties’ growth strategy for 2025. The first project to debut within Mina is Mirasol, located on Raha Island. This resort-inspired residential community will feature a restaurant developed in collaboration with Spanish Michelin-starred chef Vicente Torres.

Mina is designed to attract residents, tourists, and investors through an array of premium amenities, including:

Mirasol: A New Standard in Resort Living

Mirasol, the first project in Mina’s development pipeline, is set for handover in the first half of 2028. This two-tower, 339-unit community will feature a central podium with resort-style amenities, including:
