A new landmark development in Sharjah, the $953 million (AED 3.5 billion) Al Tay Hills project, promises 1,100 luxury homes, a 2.5km-long green river, and expansive open spaces. The first phase of this ambitious real estate venture is set to be completed by early 2028.

Developed by Kuwait Real Estate Company (AQARAT) in partnership with IFA Hotels and Resorts, Al Tay Hills spans over 6 million square feet and offers a variety of villas and townhouses ranging from three to six bedrooms.
